Access Requirements for Undergraduate University Studies
To pursue official university studies, it is necessary to comply with any of the following legal requirements:
- Having passed the University entrance exams: Selectividad, PAU, EBAU, entrance exam for people over 25, as applicable.
- Hold an International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) or a European Baccalaureate Diploma [an access credential issued by the National Distance Education University (UNED) is required].
- Hold a Higher-level Vocational Training title.
- Have accredited work or professional experience (only for people over 40 years of age).
- Be a university graduate or have partially completed official undergraduate university studies or equivalent.
- Be eligible for a university admission process for students with a high school diploma from a foreign education system belonging to the European Union or states with bilateral agreements.
- For students with a high school diploma from a foreign education system that does NOT belong to the European Union or states with bilateral agreements, it is necessary to homologate the Baccalaureate diploma to its Spanish equivalent.
