Bachelor’s Degree in Law, University of Cantabria, member of the Cuerpo Técnico Superior de la Administración and the Cuerpo Superior de Inspectores de Finanzas of Cantabria. He was nominated as general interventor of the Cantabria Government on February 2018. Before, he was the manager of the Agencia Cántabra de Administración Tributaria or president of the board of directors of the Sociedad Regional Coordinadora de Empresas Públicas.

Bachelor's Degree in History and PhD in Anthropology and Education. Vice-rector for International Relations and Secretary General of the European University of the Atlantic, professor of Social and Cultural Anthropology, Sociology and History.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cantabria. Superior Technician in International Commerce. Professor of Vocational Training in the families of Administration and Management, and Commerce and Marketing, at the Escuela Tecnico Profesional Hernán Cortés. He teaches in the Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. 

European University of the Atlantic’s Chancellor. BA in Economics. PhD in Education Economics. Former General Secretary of the Miguel de Cervantes European University and director of the Chair of Family Business. His line of research is focused on the analysis of the demand for education and the employment of graduates.

Graduate in Hispanic Philology, UNED, Master in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UC-CIESE Comillas and PhD in Hispanic Philology, UAB. He has taught at university level in different centres. He is also a teacher trainer and postgraduate lecturer on the Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UC-CIESE Comillas and the Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, UNEATLANTICO. He is a member of several research groups.

Social educator. Teacher in primary, secondary and music studies. Second prize in the XXIV Certamen de Jóvenes Investigadores 2011, area of Social and Legal Sciences for the work "A strategy of analysis and modification of the degree of machismo in the youth world".
