Technician in Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery. Technician in Kitchen Management. Teacher in Formative Cycles of Superior Degree of the Family of Hotel and Tourism in the scope of the public and private education. Owner and teacher, for four years, of the School of Bakery and Confectionery AmasaMas, carrying out training for different municipalities, organizations and associations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science Professor and Head of the Physical Activity and Sport Service. Coordinator of Health,Training and Education Programs . Research in Performance and Mobility of Rescue and First Aid.
He has a degree in Veterinary Medicine, specializing in Animal Production and Economics from the University of León. He was a professor of Aquaculture at the Nautical-Fishing School of Santander, and a veterinarian at the Cantabria Livestock Department. He has also worked in Livestock Sanitation campaigns with the company Servetcansa, was an agricultural advisor at the Nestlé factory in La Penilla, was head of the Nestlé dairy district, and as of 2001, is head of dairy procurement at Nestlé Spain.

As Chef Owner of the Restaurant El Serbal, Santander, Cantabria, he obtained from 2003 the Michelin Star recognition, combining from 2004 his work as Chef Owner of the Restaurant El Nuevo Molino, Puente Arce, Cantabria, obtaining also the Michelin Star recognition in this last restaurant from 2008.

PhD in Biology. Extraordinary Prize in the doctoral thesis by the University of Granada. Master in Nutrition from the University of Granada and Master in Business Administration from the Escuela Superior de Negocios de Andalucía. Professor of Physiology at the University of Granada directing the line of aging and redox biology since 2003. Editor of the book "Olive oil and health. 2006" (Grupo editorial CABI.) In 2019 recognized as "Highly Cited Researcher" by Clarivate.
Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences from the Catholic University of San Antonio, Murcia. Honorable mention in postgraduate studies in Personal Training and Master in High Performance in Team Sports by the University of Barcelona. Master in Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation (University of Girona).
